DOT Design (“DOT Design,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is a residential interior design studio based in Miami, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit bydotstudio.com (the “Site”) or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out the consultation form, email us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and information about your home or project (which may include photos or floor plans).
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when the Site is visited, such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the date and time of the visit. This is used to keep the Site secure and working properly.
- Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Google’s use of that data is covered by Google’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
The Site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics, scheduling or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
How we use your information

We never publish photos or renderings of a client’s home on the Site or on social media without that client’s permission.

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond to you, carry out our services and meet legal or accounting requirements, and then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Depending on the state where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of them. Do Not Track
Because the Site does not track visitors across other websites, it does not change its behavior in response to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
Security
